Course Enrollment Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ZuriPlanet Africa. By enrolling in our course(s), you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a productive and transparent training experience for all participants.

1. Enrollment and Payment:

• Registration: Course registration is only complete upon submission of the enrollment form and receipt of the full payment or an agreed deposit.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers and mobile payments. All fees must be paid in Kenya Shillings (KSH) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment Deadline: All fees must be settled 3 weeks before the course start date. Late payments, defined as payments received after this deadline, may result in losing your reserved spot and a 10% late fee being added to your total course cost.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Participant Cancellations: We understand that circumstances can change. That’s why, if you need to cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, we’ll provide a 70% refund to cover administrative costs. Unfortunately, cancellations after this period are non-refundable.
• Company Cancellations: If and organization cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, instructor unavailability, or insufficient enrollment, participants can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule to a future course date at no additional cost.

3. Course Access and Participation:

• In-Person Courses: Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation costs. Please ensure timely arrival and compliance with the venue’s guidelines.
• Online Courses: Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and appropriate technical equipment.
• Blended Courses: In-person attendance is required for specified segments, and online participation is required for other components.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property:

• Participants will receive access to course materials upon successful registration. These materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or reproduced without explicit permission from ZuriPlanet Africa.
• To obtain this permission, please contact us at training@zuri-planet.com with your request, specifying the purpose and scope of the material use. The course content remains the intellectual property of ZuriPlanet and its partners.

5. Certification and Assessment:

• Participants must complete all required assessments, which may include quizzes, assignments, and a final exam, to receive the course certificate. Certificates will only be issued after the successful completion of the course and assessment requirements.

6. Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor toward fellow participants and trainers.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy:

• Privacy Policy: Your privacy is our priority. We collect and store participant information solely for course administration purposes. Rest assured; we will not share your details with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• ZuriPlanet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants before their effective date.
